'Bun Tikki': Zeenat Aman and Shabana Azmi, Abhay Deol star in Manish Malhotra's production venture

Manish Malhotra, an illustrious name in Bollywood fashion design, has made a remarkable shift in his career by venturing into film production.

With his newly established production company, Stage5 Production, he is set to create waves in the world of cinema.

Known for revolutionizing Bollywood fashion with vibrant chiffon sarees, chic blouses, and contemporary attire, Malhotra is now taking on the role of a producer.

His debut project under Stage5 Production is titled "Bun Tikki," and it promises to be a significant cinematic event.

The film serves as a platform for the legendary actress Zeenat Aman's much-awaited comeback.

Alongside Aman, "Bun Tikki" will feature Abhay Deol and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles, adding depth and experience to the ensemble cast.

Directed by Faraz Arif Ansari, this project is a collaborative effort between Manish Malhotra's production company, Jio Studios, and Jyoti Deshpande.

It is scheduled to kick off production in November 2023.

Taking to Instagram on September 2nd, Manish Malhotra shared his excitement, noting that the film is the result of three and a half years of dedication and hard work invested in Stage5 Production.

It's a journey that blends the world of fashion and film with the revival of a legendary actress and the promise of compelling storytelling.
