Bachchan's host diwali bash at their residence; 'Main Hoon Na' stars Shah Rukh Khan-Kirron Kher reunite

Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan hosted a low-key party at his residence on Diwali with a few celebrities in attendance - including filmmaker Karan Johar, Anumpam Kher, Kirron Kher, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan. Big B’s son, actor Abhishek Bachchan and his wife Aishwarya Rai were seen welcoming the guests at the gate.

Inside pictures and videos from the party are now being shared by the guests on social media. Actor Kirron Kher took to Instagram and posted a picture with Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Kirron was happy to reunite with SRK at the Bachchan household. In the picture, the actors happily posed for the cameras as they embraced each other. Kirron looked gorgeous in red outfit, while King Khan donned an elegant black ensemble. Sharing the picture, Kirron wrote, ‘Last night with my dear friend Shahrukh. So wonderful meeting old friends for Diwali ♥️ @iamsrk.’

SRK and Kirron have worked together in multiple movies, including ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘Main Hoon Na’, ‘Devdas’, ‘Veer Zaara’ and ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’.

Sikandar Kher, Rima Jain and Kunal Kapoor were also present at the party.

Bachchans are known to host grand parties, but owing to Covid-19, the family has not organized big gatherings in the last two years.
