'Apurva': Tara Sutaria's intriguing avatar sparks curiosity, film to release on this date

Tara Sutaria‘s first look from her forthcoming film, ‘Apurva’, has been unveiled. In the captivating poster, she clutches a blood-soaked machete in her hand, which has generated significant buzz among viewers.

The actor features with her hair let down, exuding an intense and vengeful aura.

Sharing the poster on social media, Tara wrote, ‘When there’s no way out, Apurva goes all in. Describing her character, Sutaria revealed that she portrays an ordinary girl whose courage leads her on a compelling journey, labeling it as the role of a lifetime.

Tara said, ‘I am immensely grateful for the strong characters I have had the privilege to portray in my career thus far. However, the most powerful character I have encountered is in my upcoming film titled Apurva. This film marks my first opportunity as the sole lead, which is incredibly exciting for a young actress like myself. I am fortunate to have been entrusted with the role of a girl who displays immense self-determination. Apurva is a survival drama that tells a gripping tale, unlike anything I have done before and something that is uncommon in the industry.’

The survival thriller is directed by filmmaker Nikhil Nagesh Bhat. The movie is set to be released on Disney+Hotstar on November 15th.

Joining Tara Sutaria are actors Abhishek Banerjee and Rajpal Yadav, each bringing their unique flair to the movie.

Tara Sutaria made her debut in Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year 2’. She was last seen in the 2022 film ‘Ek Villain Returns’, co-starring Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham.
