Anushka Sharma, Amitabh Bachchan in trouble? Mumbai Police to take action for riding bikes without helmet

Actors Amitabh Bachchan and Anushka Sharma were recently seen riding bikes without helmets. While Big B hitched a ride to reach his work location on time due to 'unsolvable traffic issues', Anushka hopped on to her bodyguard's bike due to a roadblock. In both scenarios, neither of them wore a helmet.

Taking to Instagram, Big B shared a photo of himself taking a bike ride with a fan. He wrote, ‘Thank you for the ride buddy .. don’t know you .. but you obliged and got me on time to location of work .. faster and in avoidance of the unsolvable traffic jams .. thank you capped, shorts and yellowed T-shirt owner.’

Reacting to it, a Twitter page tagged Mumbai Police to bring the matter to their notice. In reply, Mumbai Police said that they have informed the traffic police about the same.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in ‘Uunchai’ alongside Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta, Sarika and Parineeti Chopra. He will next be seen in ‘Project K’ with Deepika Padukone and Prabhas. Big B is also a part of Ribhu Dasgupta's courtroom drama ‘Section 84’.

On the other hand, Anushka Sharma was last seen in a cameo appearance in the Netflix film ‘Qala’. She will be making her Cannes debut this month. She will also return to films with ‘Chakda Xpress’ later this year.
