Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan is celebrating his 81st birthday and on this special occasion he chose to have a brief interaction with his fans, who were gathered outside his residence Jalsa.

Big B stepped out at 12 am to wave to the sea of fans outside as family members Aishwarya Rai, Aaradhya, and Navya Naveli Nanda were seen witnessing the special moment.

Aishwarya’s video call with Abhishek

Eagle-eyed netizens spotted Aishwarya, who was seen standing at the main entrance of Jalsa, on a video call. Later, it was revealed that she was making sure that her hubby Abhishek Bachchan, who is away for shooting, was part of the special moments.

A dedicated Bachchan family page on X (formerly Twitter), named Betwitching Bachchans made a post, that suggested that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who witnessed Amitabh Bachchan's special moments with his fans, was on a video call with her hubby Abhishek Bachchan.

Abhishek confirmed the same by commenting on the post. ‘Yup, wifey showing me what's going on,’ he wrote.

Amitabh Bachchan is reportedly planning to celebrate his birthday at his residence, in the presence of his family members.

Big B's family members, film industry friends, and fans are now busy wishing the legend with social media posts.

Work front

Amitabh Bachchan last made a cameo appearance in Abhishek Bachchan’s ‘Ghoomer’. He will soon be seen in ‘Ganapath’ alongside Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on Dusshera.

He also has ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, ‘Butterfly’, and Rajinikanth starrer ‘Thalaivar 170’ in the pipeline.

Big B is currently hosting the 15th season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.
