Looking back, it was on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's ‘Black’, when Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor had met for the first time. Alia had gone to audition for the role of young Michelle, while Ranbir Kapoor was working as an Assistant Director in the film. Alia had a huge crush on the Kapoor scion, something that she had confessed many times. Alia had even revealed her wish to marry Ranbir on Karan Johar's chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’.

The two made their first public appearance as a couple at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception. And damn, they looked amazing.

In an interview with a famous magazine, Ranbir Kapoor confirmed the couple's relationship. He had stated, ‘It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to over speak.
