‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’: Sara Ali Khan starrer gets a release date; here’s where you can watch it

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of Sara Ali Khan's upcoming film ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan,’ which is set against India's freedom struggle. On World Radio Day, Karan Johar unveiled a motion poster on Instagram, disclosing the release date and the streaming platform where you will be able to watch the film.

KJo wrote in the caption, ‘Hindustan mein kahi se laaye hai aap ke liye ek zaroori samachar #WorldRadioDay pe (We have brought you an important news on World Radio Day). #AeWatanMereWatanOnPrime, Mar 21 only on @primevideoin! (sic).’

Many enthusiastic fans responded with heart emojis, expressing their excitement. One user simply wrote, ‘Excited.’ Another inquired about a Sidharth Malhotra film, commenting, ‘We want an update on Yodha.’

The official synopsis of the film reads, ‘Inspired by real life events, Ae Watan Mere Watan, is directed by Kannan Iyer and is written by Darab Farooqui and Iyer. The film stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead, and features Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O' Neil and Anand Tiwari in pivotal roles alongside a special guest appearance by Emraan Hashmi.’

‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ will be released on March 21 on Prime Video.
