Aamir Khan’s mother Zeenat’s 90th birthday bash: Inside pictures of celebration surface

Aamir Khan celebrated 90th birthday of his mother Zeenat Hussain on June 13. The actor hosted a grand party, attended by the actor's close family members and friends. Aamir’s children, his ex-wives and several veteran actors attended the special birthday bash. Inside pictures of the celebration have now surfaced on the internet.

Aamir’s mother’s birthday celebration

Zeenat Hussain turned 90 on June 13. Celebrating the special occasion, Aamir Khan hosted a big birthday bash in Mumbai. Aamir’s daughter Ira Khan, ex-wives Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta, veteran actor Asha Parekh, and several other close friends attended the party.

The inside pictures gave glimpse of the tea-pot themed pink and white coloured cake. Aamir can be seen helping his mother in cutting the cake. Aamir Khan wore a white sherwani for the party. In some other pictures, Ira Khan, Asha Parekh, Kiran Rao and other guests are seen standing and clapping. Aamir Khan’s youngest child, Azad and Ira’s husband Nupur Shikhare also joined in the celebrations. In another candid picture Aamir is seen sitting on the floor with his mother.
According to reports, nearly 200 close friends and family members from various cities gathered in Mumbai to celebrate the day at Aamir Khan’s residence.

Juhi Chawla also attended the party

Aamir Khan’s ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’ and ‘Ishq’ co-star Juhi Chawla also attended Aamir’s party. The actor took to her Instagram stories to share the pictures from the event. She posed with Aamir and his sister.

About Aamir Khan’s work front

Even though he was missing from big screens, ‘Mr Perfectionist’ has been busy behind the camera. He co-produced ‘Laapataa Ladies’ with Kiran Rao and is now finally back to acting. Aamir Khan is currently filming ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ with Genelia D’souza. He is also producing a mega budget film ‘Lahore 1947’ featuring Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta.
