‘Blind’: Sonam Kapoor is on the lookout for a serial killer | Watch

Actor Sonam Kapoor’s forthcoming film ‘Blind’ is all set to release on JioCinema on July 7.

The makers of the film shared the teaser on June 27 which introduces Sonam as Gia, a visually impaired woman.

She takes a cab and realises that someone is being held hostage in the trunk of the car.

The police are on the hunt for a man who has been kidnapping women in the UK.

The teaser ends with the kidnapper warning Gia against following him and she says, ‘I’ll put an end to this.’

Sharing the teaser, the official social media page of JioCinema wrote, ‘Evil comes in many forms, but so does the truth…Will Gia be able to conquer the darkness?’

‘Blind’ was shot during the pandemic in Glasgow. The film’s crew completed the schedule in 39 days despite COVID-imposed lockdown restrictions.

The movie also stars Vinay Pathak and Lilette Dubey.

‘Blind’ was shot before Sonam Kapoor got pregnant. The actor welcomed her son Vayu with husband Anand Ahuja in August 2022.

‘Blind’ has been directed by Shome Makhija and will be available to stream for free on JioCinema.
