Alia Bhatt flies out of Mumbai ahead of Met Gala 2023, poses for selfies with fans

Actor Alia Bhatt was seen at the Mumbai airport on Monday evening. She met her fans as she made her way to the airport and stopped to pose for a few selfies. The actor sported a casual and comfy look sans makeup. Even though it’s not unknown where she was headed, fans are guessing that she could be on her way to New York City for her first Met Gala appearance.

Alia is expected to make a red-carpet debut at the event this year, preceding her Hollywood debut with Tom Harper’s ‘Heart of Stone’.

The movie, which also stars Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, Matthias Schweighofer, Jing Lusi, and Paul Ready, is intended to be the first instalment in a series similar to Tom Cruise’s ‘Mission Impossible’.

In Bollywood, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, alongside Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. The movie will be out in theatres on July 28.
