UP Elections 2022 | Akhilesh announces alliance with estranged uncle Shivpal Yadav

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday ended all speculations and announced an alliance with his estranged uncle Shivpal Yadav.

The announcement came after a meet between the SP chief and Shivpal at the latter's residence in the afternoon.

After the meeting, Akhilesh Yadav tweeted to confirm the alliance and said SP's policy to take along regional parties is strengthening the party and all its allies.
