DLF’s new luxury residences in Gurugram sold out in 72 hours; sales worth Rs 7,200 crore recorded

DLF luxury homes sales: India's largest listed real estate company DLF has recorded a sale of luxury residences in DLF Privana South in Gurugram for over Rs 7,200 crore. This comes as part of its pre-formal launch sales. The units were sold off within 72 hours in its pre-launch phase.

Spread across about 25 acres (about 10 hectares) in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram, this luxury residential offering by DLF comprises of 1,113 luxury residences across 7 towers, presenting 4 BHK apartments and penthouses.

The project offers a majestic view of the verdant Aravalli Range and in the vicinity of the upcoming Safari Park spread over 10,000 acres. The apartment is designed by M/S ARCOP.

The interiors feature expansive 9’9” -wide large decks and lofty 3.4-meter floor-to-floor heights, offering panoramic views of both the Aravalli range and the vibrant Gurugram skyline. It also has a 472-meter frontage along a 60-meter sector road which is expected to enhance air circulation, increase visibility, maximise natural light, and provide exceptional connectivity.
