Have you ever felt weird while placing an order at a restaurant? Well, Gen Z is currently facing a major 'menu anxiety', as per a latest survey. Choosing a particular food amidst many options can be tasking more so if you are a young adult.&nbsp;
What is menu anxiety?
According to a recent study done by the prominent British food chain Prezzo, Gen Z is suffering from 'menu anxiety'. Menu anxiety is stress which is produced by seeing varied food options on a menu. Prezzo reportedly interviewed over 2,000 diners and found out that Gen Z had the most menu anxiety with around 34 % between the ages of 18 and 23 admitting that they are too shy to interact with the waiters while placing an order.
This is a much higher percentage than the usual anxiety level experienced by customers when conversing with wait staff (21%).
What is the reason behind this anxiety?
Dean Challenger, the CEO of Prezzo, told the New York Post that the main reasons for having anxiety are the rising cost of eating out, not finding anything they like on the menu or later regretting what they ordered.
Many Gen Z even admitted that they would not go to eat out if they could not see a menu beforehand.

In a recent study conducted by Indian dating app, QuackQuack, it was found that the dating preferences of the younger generation has made a big leap.
According to the study, Gen Z individuals are more mindful when it comes to selecting a partner. The research revealed a notable disparity in how Gen Z and millennials approach and handle romantic relationships. Furthermore, 21% of Gen Z daters do not believe in love at first sight, considering it to be merely based on initial appearances and mere attraction.
In addition, Gen Z daters are more mindful about who they choose to love. They take into account various aspects, such as profession, educational background, and financial status of their potential partners.
There are multitude factors that Gen Z daters consider before allowing themselves to open up emotionally to someone. Interestingly, 24% of daters aged between 20 and 24 mentioned that being thorough in their evaluation helps them avoid heartbreaks and, more significantly, regrets.

Conducted by an American firm ResumeBuilder, a recent survey has revealed that Gen Z is the hardest generation to work with as compared to other generations.&nbsp;
The survey included 1344 people as the sample size. During the research, managerial positions were asked about their experience of working with those born in 1997 or later.&nbsp;
The findings suggested that 49 per cent of the employers stated it was difficult to work with Gen Z. Meanwhile, a whopping 79 per cent dubbed them as the most difficult generation to have at workplaces.&nbsp;

There has been a rise in number of applicants at the Akabane Elderly Relief Centre in Japan where more people are requesting individual lessons.&nbsp;
The number of applicants rose by 4.5 times after the government stated that wearing a mask in public places is not compulsory.&nbsp;
During the sessions, participants are given a hand mirror to check their progress and smiles, until they are satisfied with the outcome.&nbsp;
As per Delaware Psychological Services, smiling has a number of benefits which includes living a longer life and managing blood pressure.
