Sony WF-1000XM5 TWS earbuds launched in India: Check price, new features

Sony India has announced the launch of its latest truly wireless earbuds, the WF-1000XM5 in India. These earbuds represent the pinnacle of Sony's acclaimed 1000X series.

Sony WF-1000XM5 Specifications

One of the standout features of the WF-1000XM5 earbuds is their cutting-edge noise cancellation technology.

Equipped with three microphones on each earbud, including dual feedback mics, these earbuds capture ambient sound even more accurately.

Sony's biggest ever step forward in noise cancelling, the WF-1000XM5 delivers unprecedented noise cancelling quality that can be adapted to provide the best performance for any environment.

Additionally, the earbuds feature a unique polyurethane foam material in the Noise Isolation Earbud Tips, reducing noise in the high frequency range.

Sony has incorporated precision 24-bit audio processing and high-performance analogue amplification into the WF-1000XM5, resulting in low distortion and crystal-clear audio reproduction.

These earbuds also support High-Resolution Audio Wireless with LDAC and feature DSEE Extreme to upscale compressed digital music in real-time.

With 360 Reality Audio, users can experience an immersive audio experience that transports them into the centre of the music.

In terms of design and comfort, the WF-1000XM5 feature a specially designed Dynamic Driver X for wide frequency reproduction, delivering richer vocals and more detailed sound.

The earbuds also come equipped with head tracking technology, which automatically adjusts sound fields to compensate for head movement, providing a realistic and compelling listening experience.

Not only do the WF-1000XM5 excel in music playback, but they also offer Sony's best-ever call quality.

With an AI-based noise reduction algorithm and bone conduction sensors, users can be sure that their voice will come through crystal clear and natural, even in noisy environments.

Wind noise reduction structures minimise any wind noise, ensuring clear communication at all times.

The WF-1000XM5 also feature various popular features like Adaptive Sound Control and Speak-to-Chat, as well as Multipoint Connect, allowing users to pair two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

Fast Pair and Swift Pair make staying connected seamless, while voice control with favourite voice assistants enhances convenience.
