The upcoming OnePlus Pad Go might be powered by a low-end MediaTek Helio chipset.

OnePlus Pad Go leaked specifications reveal key details ahead of October 6 launch

The OnePlus Pad Go is set to make its debut on October 6 in India, and ahead of its launch, a series of leaks have emerged, shedding light on the tablet's key specifications.

The leaks, shared by a tipster known as OneNormalUsername on X, have revealed details about the chipset, battery, and cameras of the device.

According to the leaks, the OnePlus Pad Go will come in two model numbers: OPD2305 and OPD2304, which are believed to correspond to the Wi-Fi-only and cellular versions of the tablet.

The device is expected to have one variant with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. There might also be another variant with 128 GB of storage, although this has not been confirmed yet.

Chipset

The leak reveals that the OnePlus Pad Go will be powered by the Helio G99 chipset with the model number MT6789.

Interestingly, this is the same chip expected to be used in the upcoming Galaxy Tab A9.

Battery

In terms of battery capacity, the tablet is said to pack an impressive 8,000mAh battery, ensuring extended usage time.

Cameras

The OnePlus Pad Go will feature an 8MP front camera for capturing selfies and video calls. On the back panel, it will also sport another 8MP snapper for primary photography.

In terms of charging, the tablet will support USB-C charging with USB 2.0 standards, ensuring efficient and convenient charging capabilities.

Display

OnePlus has already confirmed that the Pad Go will sport an 11.35-inch LCD panel with a 2.4K resolution and a 7:5 aspect ratio.

Other Features

The tablet will come with four speakers that feature Dolby Atmos support, delivering high-quality audio performance for an enhanced multimedia experience.

The leaks suggest that the OnePlus Pad Go will run on OxygenOS 13.2, based on Android 13. This ensures a smooth and user-friendly interface.

Moreover, the tablet is expected to feature a microSD card slot for expandable storage, allowing users to easily increase their storage capacity for multimedia content, files, and apps.
