Motorola has confirmed that the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra foldable smartphones will launch in India on July 3, 2023.

Motorola Razr 40 and Motorola Razr 40 Ultra specifications

The Motorola Razr 40 and Motorola Razr 40 Ultra have 6.9-inch foldable pOLED displays with a refresh rate of 165Hz and a peak brightness of up to 1,200 nits.

The Ultra variant includes a 3.6-inch pOLED outer screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz, whilst the Razr 40 has a smaller 1.5-inch cover display. The Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipsets power the Motorola Razr 40 and Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, respectively.

The Motorola Razr 40 has a 64MP primary sensor and a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera for images and videos, while the Razr 40 Ultra has a 12MP primary sensor with OIS capability and a 13MP secondary ultra-wide-angle camera. Both phones have a front-facing 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.

The handsets have storage capacities of up to 512GB. The batteries of the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra are 3,800mAh and 4,200mAh, respectively. According to Motorola, the former charges at 33W, while the latter charges at 30W and also enables 8W wireless charging.
