Samsung has revealed plans to extend its Galaxy AI features to approximately 100 million Galaxy devices worldwide in 2024.

Device Compatibility and Exclusions

According to reports, the Galaxy AI capabilities will be introduced to older devices such as the S23 series, S23 FE, Z Flip 5, Z Fold 5, and the Tab S9 during the first half of the year.

However, to the disappointment of some users, it has been reported that the Galaxy S22 series will not receive these innovative AI features.

Confirmation by Samsung Executive

TM Roh, President and Head of MX business at Samsung Electronics, officially confirmed the widespread expansion of Galaxy AI.

This decision underlines Samsung's commitment to enhancing the functionality and user experience of their devices through the integration of AI capabilities.

Implications for Samsung Users

With the introduction of Galaxy AI to a wider range of devices, Samsung users can look forward to a host of AI-powered features and functions that are tailored to enhance their overall device experience.

These capabilities include live translate, circle to search, chat assist, note assist, auto replies, transcript assist, generative edit, edit suggestion, and instant slow-mo.
