Motorola has officially launched the much-anticipated Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 smartphones in India. While the specifications of these foldable phones were already known prior to the launch, the pricing details have now been unveiled for the Indian market.

Motorola Razr 40, Razr 40 Ultra price in India

In India, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has been priced at ₹89,999 for the variant that offers 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This particular model will be available in two attractive colour options, namely Viva Magenta and Infinite Black.

Additionally, Motorola has partnered with ICICI Bank to provide customers with a ₹7,000 instant discount on the purchase of the Razr 40 Ultra when using an ICICI Bank credit card.

For those seeking a more affordable option, the Razr 40 is priced at ₹59,999 in India. It also comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The Razr 40 is offered in a range of appealing colorways including Sage Green, Summer Lilac, and Vanilla Cream. Similar to the Razr 40 Ultra, ICICI Bank credit card users can avail a ₹5,000 instant discount, effectively reducing the price to ₹54,999.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra specifications

Motorola has unveiled its flagship foldable device, the Razr 40 Ultra, which boasts impressive specifications. Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, ensuring powerful performance.

The foldable pOLED display measures 6.9 inches and offers a full-HD+ resolution, a high 165Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits.

Externally, the Razr 40 Ultra stands out with its large cover screen, a 3.6-inch pOLED panel. This screen sets a new benchmark for flip phones, featuring a 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1,056x1,066 pixels.

The cover screen also includes cutouts to accommodate the dual cameras and LED flash.

In terms of photography, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra boasts a 12MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera. For capturing selfies and engaging in video calls, there is a 32-megapixel front camera located on the inside of the device.

To keep the Razr 40 Ultra powered throughout the day, it comes equipped with a 3,800mAh battery that supports both 30W wired charging and 8W wireless charging.

The more affordable option in the Motorola Razr series, the Razr 40, offers notable features at a competitive price point. It boasts a 6.9-inch pOLED display on the inside, delivering a full-HD+ resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate.

On the outside, the handset features a smaller 1.5-inch display, providing quick access to notifications and essential information.

Powering the device is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, which ensures reliable performance. Users can enjoy a seamless multitasking experience with up to 8GB of RAM and a generous 256GB of storage.

In terms of photography, the Razr 40 incorporates a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a high-resolution 64MP primary sensor and a 12MPl ultra-wide camera. .

To keep users powered throughout the day, the Razr 40 houses a large 4,200mAh battery, which supports 30W fast charging.
