Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Samsung Galaxy F15: Best phone under ₹15,000? Compare specs, features and price

Choosing a budget 5G phone under ₹15,000 can be tricky. We compare the Moto G64, Vivo T3x, and Samsung Galaxy F15. Consider your priorities to pick the best fit.

Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Samsung Galaxy F15: Best phone under ₹15,000? Compare specs, features and price

Let’s compare three prominent contenders in the sub-₹15,000 segment: the Moto G64, Vivo T3x, and Samsung Galaxy F15.

We'll explore their key aspects like display, performance, camera capabilities, battery life, and pricing to help you make an informed decision.

Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Galaxy F15: Display

All three phones boast large displays ideal for multimedia consumption and gaming. The Moto G64 and Vivo T3x offer a near bezel-less experience with 6.5-inch and 6.72-inch LCD panels, respectively. Both support a smooth 120Hz refresh rate for a fluid user experience.

The Samsung Galaxy F15 takes a slightly different approach. It features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display, known for its superior contrast and deeper blacks.

However, the refresh rate is limited to 90Hz, which might be a dealbreaker for some users prioritising ultimate smoothness.

Additionally, the F15 has a notch interrupting the top of the display, which some users may find aesthetically displeasing.

Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Galaxy F15: Processing Power

Performance is crucial for seamless multitasking and smooth gaming. The Vivo T3x takes the lead in this category with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset.

The Moto G64 utilises the new MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset, offering decent everyday performance while balancing power consumption.

The Samsung Galaxy F15 is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+, which falls slightly behind the Moto G64 in raw performance benchmarks.

For users who prioritise demanding games or intensive multitasking, the Vivo T3x with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 might be the most suitable option.

However, the Moto G64 and F15 should handle most day-to-day tasks and casual gaming without significant issues.

Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Galaxy F15: Camera Showdown

While all three phones boast a 50MP main sensor on the rear, megapixel count isn't the sole indicator of camera quality.

The Vivo T3x offers a basic dual-camera system with a 2MP secondary sensor likely meant for depth effects.

The Moto G64 also features a dual-camera setup, but the secondary sensor is an 8MP ultrawide lens, offering more versatility for capturing wider scenes.

The Samsung Galaxy F15 goes a step further with a triple-lens system, including a 50MP main sensor, a 5MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor for close-up shots.

The front-facing camera capabilities also vary. The Moto G64 leads with a 16MP selfie shooter, followed by the F15 with a 13MP sensor. The Vivo T3x falls behind with an 8MP front camera.

Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Galaxy F15: Battery Life and Charging

All three contenders are equipped with a massive 6,000mAh battery, promising excellent endurance on a single charge. However, charging speeds differ significantly.

The Vivo T3x boasts the fastest charging with 44W support, allowing you to quickly top up the battery when needed.

The Moto G64 offers 30W fast charging, which is still respectable. The Samsung Galaxy F15 lags behind with only 25W fast charging, and to make matters worse, it doesn't include a charger in the box.

This can be an inconvenience for users who need to purchase a compatible charger separately.

Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Galaxy F15: Price in India

The Samsung Galaxy F15 holds the crown for affordability, starting at a budget-friendly ₹12,999.

The Vivo T3x follows closely behind at ₹13,499. The Moto G64 comes in at the highest price point of ₹14,999.

Moto G64 vs Vivo T3x vs Galaxy F15: Verdict

If raw processing power and a slightly larger display are paramount, the Vivo T3x might be the ideal choice.

The Samsung Galaxy F15 offers an AMOLED display while being the most affordable option.

Motorola balances out all the features and is a good all-rounder.
