Honor, a well-known smartphone brand, has launched two new models, the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro, in China. These latest additions are equipped with modern Snapdragon chipsets and feature a 1.5K resolution display with advanced PWM dimming technology. Here's a detailed look at what these new Honor smartphones offer.

Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro Specifications

Display Features: The Honor 100 sports a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, offering clear and vibrant visuals.

The Honor 100 Pro goes a step further with a slightly larger 6.78-inch curved OLED display, also with a 1.5K resolution and a high peak brightness of 2600 nits. Both models have 3,840Hz PWM dimming, which helps in adjusting the display quality under different lighting.

Processor and Performance: The Honor 100 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor with an Adreno 720 GPU, ensuring smooth performance. The Honor 100 Pro is more powerful, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with an Adreno 740 GPU, making it suitable for more demanding tasks.

RAM and Storage: The Honor 100 offers three storage configurations: 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB. The Honor 100 Pro adds a fourth option to these, offering an even larger storage space of 16GB+1TB.

Camera Capabilities: The Honor 100 has a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. It also includes a 50MP front camera for selfies. The Honor 100 Pro features a triple rear camera system, adding a 32MP telephoto lens to the standard 50MP primary and 12MP ultra-wide sensors.

Battery and Charging: Both models come with a 5,000mAh battery. They support 100W wired fast charging, while the Honor 100 Pro also offers 66W wireless charging, providing more flexibility and faster charging options.

The Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro are available in different configurations, with prices varying accordingly. The Honor 100 starts at 2499 CNY (approximately 29,300 INR) for the 12GB+256GB model, going up to 2999 CNY (approximately 35,200 INR) for the 16GB+512GB variant.

The Honor 100 Pro begins at 3399 CNY (approximately 40,000 INR) for the 12GB+256GB version and reaches 4399 CNY (approximately 51,000 INR) for the top-end 16GB+1TB model.
