His heroics on the pitch have seen him achieve a soaring social media following with over 200 million followers on Instagram which makes him the world's 4th most followed sports celebrity and the most followed cricketer.

As per Hopperhq.com, Virat Kohli charges a staggering amount of Rs 8 Crore per Instagram post. He has been ranked 14th on the list of highest-paid celebrities in the world on Instagram and is the only Asian on the list.

Manchester United's ace striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the most-followed celebrity on Instagram tops the list as he charges Rs 19 crore per post. The footballer boasts of a global following of over 442 million followers.

His longtime rival, Lionel Messi sits at the third spot with over 327 million followers and the Argentine charges Rs 14 crore per Instagram post.
