Full Highlights T20 World Cup 2021: India thrash Australia in the 2nd warm up game

IND Vs AUS, T20 World Cup 2021: Team India probably ticked off all the check boxes in the warm up games at the World T20 with a stunning win over Australia by 8 wickets. Virat Kohli decided to handover the captaincy duties for the warm up game to Rohit Sharma as he rotated the bowlers well and restrict Australia to 152/5. Steve Smith scored 57 while Marcus Stoinis smashed 41 off 25 balls. Ashwin picked up 2 wickets while Bhuvneshwar, Jadeja & Rahul Chahar took a wicket each.

In reply, India were off to a flying start with KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma in the middle. While Rahul scored a brisk 39, Rohit powered on to smash 60 before retiring. Suryakumar Yadav also got a decent hit with 38 before Hardik Pandya closed the chase with a six as India won by 8 wickets and 13 balls to spare.

With comprehensive wins in both warm-up games, Team India seem to be in control as they now play Pakistan in their opening game on Sunday at Dubai.
