Your most comfy sitting position might be affecting your posture and various body parts. According to a study sitting cross legged, misaligns your hips, and might also increase risks of blood clots as the flow of blood changes motion.

Experts say that crossing at knees may raise blood pressure and damage blood vessels. Long hours of this posture may misalign both spine and shoulders along with change in muscle length over a period of time.
