Say goodbye to migraine and headache with this simple and effective remedy shared by yoga expert

Migraines and headaches are widespread issues in today's world. Many of us resort to taking pills to quickly address them, which may not be good for our overall health.

Recently, yoga teacher Vinay shared a simple tip on his Instagram to cope with migraines. All you need is a tub filled with hot water. Soak your feet in it which will help relax your muscles, relieve tension, and soreness, improve blood circulation, promote good sleep and release constricted blood vessels in the head.

Hot water can help alleviate migraines through several mechanisms

Muscle Relaxation: Soaking in hot water helps relax the muscles, including those in the neck and shoulders, which can contribute to migraine pain.

Tension Relief: The warmth from hot water can help relieve tension in the muscles and reduce the overall feeling of tightness, which is often associated with migraines.

Improved Blood Circulation: Hot water causes blood vessels to dilate, promoting better blood circulation. This increased blood flow can potentially reduce the intensity of migraines.

Stress Reduction: The calming effect of hot water can help reduce stress and anxiety, which are common triggers for migraines.

Promotes Good Sleep: Warm water can induce a state of relaxation, aiding in better sleep. Improved sleep quality may contribute to a reduction in the frequency and severity of migraines.
