In a recent study published by the journal 'Obesity', it was revealed that those who exercise between 7 am to 9 am shed weight faster than those who exercise later in the day. Here is how morning workouts can benefit you more than an evening at the gym.

Bodies are primed for fat-burning in the morning. Hormones like cortisol and growth hormone peak during the morning hours and help mobilise stored fat for energy.

2. Helps in appetite control
