Ace fashion designer Masaba Gupta recently took to Instagram to share her experience of 21 days without refined sugar.

She wrote in her story that it's really hard to cut down on sugar especially when chocolates and desserts are your biggest weaknesses. But on the same note, it is highly recommended because the sudden change it brings to your body is worth it all.

In her 21 days of no refined sugar, she noticed lesser mood swings, no bloating, no skin breakouts, better brain functioning, no dry skin and she had better focus on work.
