      Recently, content creator Armen Adamjan shared a simple recipe to help prevent seasonal illnesses and boost immunity.

      According to Adamjan, all you need are onions and some honey. To prepare this remedy, slice the onions and gently squish them, then place them in an airtight container and cover them with honey.

      Mix well and let it sit for a few hours. When you feel the first signs of sickness, take a few teaspoons of this mixture.
      This onion-honey potion has been a popular homemade remedy for sore throat, cough, and cold for centuries.
