Water chestnut, also referred to as Singhara, is a popular fruit appreciated not only for its delightful flavour but also for its multiple health advantages.

Singhara atta is mostly consumed during fasting and is used to make chapatis, paranthas, pancakes and more.

Singhara atta may help to stay fuller for longer while consuming a few calories. This flour is rich in antioxidants and is loaded with vitamin K. It regulates water retention and blood pressure by balancing sodium. Singhara atta is also good for your hair as it contains essential nutrients such as zinc, B vitamins and vitamins.

Water chestnuts, despite their name and appearance, are not nuts; they are commonly used as fruits. Singhara atta is derived from dried and ground water chestnuts, offering a savory taste and serving as an excellent alternative to traditional wheat flour for various purposes.
