Taylor Swift performed her 2006 number 'Mary's Song' for the first time in 16 years at her Amsterdam concert on Saturday. The 34-year-old pop star had last sung the song live in 2008, when she delivered a rendition of it at the McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The singer-songwriter left her fans 'Enchanted' with a mashup of 'Mary's Song,' 'So High School' and 'Everything Has Changed' during the secret songs segment.

Swift surprises fans with 'Mary's Song'

Taylor has landed in the Netherlands for her groundbreaking Eras Tour and performed in the capital city of Amsterdam Saturday night to a cheering crowd. The singer always manages to take fans by surprise with her secret song segment, but a wave of nostalgia sent the crowd wild when Miss Americana sat at her flower-adorned piano to perform a mash-up of 'Mary's Song,' 'So High School' and 'Everything Has Changed'. After wrapping up the mash-up, the 'Folklore' hitmaker went on to serenade the audience members with a performance on 'Mary's Song'.

Taylor's nod to beau Travis Kelce

'Mary's Song' has taken on a new meaning since Taylor started dating NFL star Travis Kelce. The lyrics of the song go: "I'll by 87, you'll be 89 / I'll still look at you like the stars that shine / In the sky, oh my my my." While performing the song for the first time since 2008, Taylor had a big smile on her face and fans cheered as they heard those lyrics because the Kansas City Chiefs player's jersey number is 87 and Swift was born in 1989 (and has an album named 1989). Fans couldn't help but wonder how Taylor had been dropping easter eggs all along.
