Vijay Deverakonda wants to 'get married soon, become a father' amid dating rumours with Rashmika Mandanna

Vijay Deverakonda has opened up about his marriage plans. For the uninitiated, Vijay is rumoured to be in a relationship with Rashmika Mandanna. The actor, who is currently promoting his upcoming film 'The Family Star', was recently asked by a reporter if he was planning to tie the knot soon. To this, the actor promptly replied that he is open to the idea of marriage and wants to become a father. However, he also clarified that the wedding is not happening anytime soon, as he also wants to enjoy more of his bachelor life before taking the big plunge.

Vijay Deverakonda confirms marriage

When asked if he was looking forward to tying the knot, Vijay said, “I also want to get married and become a father." The actor also confirmed that he will have a “love marriage." He also added that his bride-to-be must be liked by his parents.

In a recent interview too, Vijay was asked about his romantic relationships. However, he dismissed the rumours and rather said that he is in a relationship with his parents and brother. “Yes, with my parents, with my brother, and with you, and we are all in a relationship,” he said.

Ahead of the release of Vijay's film 'The Family Star,' his rumoured girlfriend Rashmika Mandanna cheered for him with a social media shoutout. Sending all her support for ‘darling’, sending him support, Vijay too had the cutest reaction for the same. Rashmika took to her X handle and wrote, “I wish my darlings @ParasuramPetla and @TheDeverakonda the best for #FamilyStar. April 5th, it is! So excited! Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have previously featured together in the films 'Geetha Govindam' (2018) and 'Dear Comrade' (2019), which has piqued viewers’ interest, leading to speculations about their connection off-screen. They have been rumoured to have been dating and even getting engaged.
