First pictures from Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan's wedding out

Nayanthara and her longtime partner Vignesh Shivan tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu. The filmmaker shared the first picture from the wedding on Twitter. Nayanthara looks gorgeous in a red ensemble paired with green stone jewelry, while he looks dapper in a cream coloured outfit. In his post, Vignesh wrote, 'With God’s grace, the universe , all the blessings of our parents & best of friends. Just married #Nayanthara (sic)'.

Several big stars from the industry attended their wedding, including Rajinikanth, Vijay Sethupathi, Ajith Kumar, and Suriya.

His 'Jawan' director Atlee and co-star Shah Rukh Khan were also present at the ceremony. Shah Rukh Khan recently recovered from COVID-19.

The couple is expected to make their first public appearance as husband and wife on June 11. They will reportedly host lunch for the press to thank them for their support.

Filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon has reportedly directed the grand wedding which will be made into a documentary and then sold to an OTT platform.
