AR Rahman to give music in Ram Charan starrer 'RC 16', makers announce on singer's birthday

AR Rahman has been roped in for giving music to National Award-winning 'Uppena' director Buchi Babu Sana’s upcoming drama starring Ram Charan. The makers made the announcement on the singer-composer's birthday on January 6.

Ram wished the iconic singer on X, “Happy Birthday @arrahman sir, wish you health and happiness always.” The makers also shared the news on January 6 that the Oscar Award-winning composer has been roped in to score the music. Mythri movie makers took to X and wrote, Wishing the Academy Winner, Padma Bhushan AR Rahman Garu a very Happy Birthday. Honoured and elated to have you on board for RC 16.

AR Rahaman has given some amazing numbers in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, English, Persian and Mandarin. He has given some Telugu music for movies Super Police, Gangmaster, Naani, Ye Maaya Chesave, Komaram Puli and Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo in the language.

The untitled film will mark Rahman’s comeback to Telugu cinema.
Ram is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Game Changer’ which also stars Kiara Advani.
