Watch: BTS Jin returns after completing military service, receives heartwarming welcome by bandmates

BTS eldest member Jin is back! The ‘Worldwide Handsome’ singer has returned home to his bandmates after completing his mandatory military service. The videos and pictures of the discharge ceremony have sent the ARMY across the globe in a complete meltdown.

Jin returns to his BTS family

The moment that everyone waited for 18 months is here! Kim Seokjin has returned home. After bidding an emotional goodbye to his military friends, Jin was welcomed by his fellow members outside the military camp. In the viral videos, Jin was greeted by BTS leader RM and other members, J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook and V. All the members hugged their elder brother while RM played BTS hit song ‘Dynamite’ on Saxophone to celebrate Jin’s return.

Suga joins for OT7 picture

The members had an emotional union, however, the ARMY missed Suga who was not there at the base camp. He later joined the members for a group picture. The OT7 group picture was posted by the BTS’ official X account. All seven members posed with ‘JIN IS BACK’ sign behind them on the wall.

BTS ARMY gets emotional

The OT7 picture, the emotional reunion, RM playing saxophone and Jin greeting his fans right after the military discharge, have collectively put the fans in a complete meltdown. Fans have been sharing messages sending love and wishes to their favourite idols while many left crying emojis on the pictures.

Jin has returned just in time to celebrate group’s anniversary with the fans. As announced by BigHit Music, a special in-person event for BTS FESTA will be held on June 13. Jin will be greeting ARMY and some of the lucky fans will also get chance to get hugs from the BTS singer. Jin was the first member to enlist in the military in December 2022.
