Priyanka Chopra and Law Roach's first exchange since the 'sample-size' controversy goes viral | Watch

Actor Priyanka Chopra recently reunited with ace stylist Law Roach at a Bvlgari event. This marked their first meet since Priyanka shocked the fashion world when she dropped a bombshell confessing that a stylist told her she wasn't a 'sample size'. While she didn't name-drop the stylist, Law had taken PeeCee's comment with a pinch of salt. Since then, the two were assumed to be at loggerheads; however, their recent reunion has hinted that there's no bad blood between the actor-stylist duo.

Priyanka reunites with Law

In a video shared by a fan account on Instagram, Priyanka and Law can be seen sharing a warm exchange. The video has Priyanka flashing a big smile as she reached out to Law. The latter is then seen returning the actor's energy, greeting her with equal warmth. The frame also captured Anne Hathaway standing beside Roach. Both Priyanka and Anne are brand ambassadors for Bvlgari. With Priyanka being a global icon and Law hailed as one of the top players in the fashion game, it would be interesting to see if the two come together to create magic together, after letting bygones be bygones.

About Priyanka and Roach's feud

In a 2023 interview, Priyanka confessed that she broke down after a stylist told her she was not a 'sample size'. While the actor didn't name anyone, many speculated that she was hinting at Law who styled her for the Oscars.

Hurt by her comment, Law told New York Magazine’s The Cut he never said any such things to Priyanka. “I’ve never had that conversation with her, ever. So again, it is her gatekeepers, who they presented what I said to her to make her feel that way. And if that made her feel bad, that wasn’t — it was taken out of context,” he said.

“But I’m sure it was taken outta context to get her to be like, ‘Oh, okay, I’m not working with him no more. He’s insensitive to my body.’ Which I’m like, ‘How is that possible? I’ve been dressing you for literally pre-pandemic, and it’s been nothing but great things,'” Law added.

Priyanka's upcoming films

Priyanka has a pretty impressive lineup for 2024. She will next be seen in 'The Bluff' opposite Karl Urban. She also has 'Heads of State' with John Cena and Idris Elba. She is also looking forward to the second season of 'Citadel'.
