The much-anticipated 96th Oscars are finally here, taking place at the renowned Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. Jimmy Kimmel returns to shoulder hosting duties, marking his fourth time at the helm of the prestigious event, which celebrates the best of cinematic brilliance.

Best Supporting Actress: Da'Vine Joy Randolph

Davine Joy Randolp bagged the honour of Best Supporting Actress for 'The Holdovers'. “God is so good,” she said while accepting her award. She was honoured with the award after Lupita N'yongo, Jamie Lee Curtis, Regina King and others announced after introducing each nominee.

Best Animated Short: 'War is Over'

War is Over won Best Animated Short. Directed by Dave Mullins and produced by Brad Booker, the film is an anti-war story.

Best Animated Feature: 'The Boy and the Heron'

Hayao Miyazaki's 'The Boy and the Heron' won the coveted Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.

Best Original Screenplay: 'Anatomy of a Fall'

In a first for a French film, 'Anatomy of a Fall' bagged the honour for Best Original Screenplay. “This has been a crazy year,” said director-write Justine Triet while accepting the award.

Best Adapted Screenplay: 'American Fiction'

'American Fiction' won the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.

Best Makeup and Hairstyling: 'Poor Things'

'Poor Things' took the award for Best Makeup and Hairstyling. Nadia Stacey was the chief hair and make-up artist for Emma Stone starrer.

Best Production Design: 'Poor Things'

Another big win for 'Poor Things'.

Best Costume Design: 'Poor Things'

Yorgos Lanthimos directrorial also won the award for Best Costume Design.

Best International Feature: 'The Zone of Interest'

''The Zone of Interest', written and directed by Jonathan Glazer, co-produced between the United Kingdom and Poland, won Best International Feature at the 96th Oscars. This was the UK's third win in the category.

Best Supporting Actor: Robert Downey Jr

Robert Downey Jr wins his first Oscar ever for Oppenheimer. “I'd like to thank my terrible childhood,” he said.

Best Visual Effects: 'Godzilla Minus One'

'Godzilla Minus One' won the best Visual Effects award.

Best Film Editing: 'Oppenheimer'

Jennifer Lame won the Best Film Editing award for 'Oppenheimer'.

Best Documentary Short: 'The Last Repair Short'

'The Last Repair Short' wins Best Documentary Short.

Best Documentary Feature: '20 Days in Mariupol'

'20 Days in Mariupol' wins first Oscar ever for Ukraine in the Best Documentary Feature category.

Best Cinematography: 'Oppenheimer'

Hoyte Van Hoytema bagged Best Cinematography for 'Oppenheimer'

Best Live Action Short: 'The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar'

Netflix produced 'The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar' by Wes Anderson wins Best Live Action Short.

Best Sound: 'The Zone of Interest'

'The Zone of Interest' won Best Sound award. Johnnie Burn is the sound designer of the film.

Best Original Score: 'Oppenheimer'

Ludwig Goransson wins his second Oscar ever for the Original Score of 'Oppenheimer'.

Best Original Song: 'What Was I Made For'

Billie Eilish and Finneas have won their second Oscar for Best Song for 'Barbie' song 'What Was I Made For'. “I am grateful for this song, this movie,” an emotional Billie said in her acceptance speech.

Best Actor: Cillian Murphy

Cillian Murphy won Best Actor for his titular role in 'Oppenheimer'. He dedicated the award to all the peacemakers.

Best Director: Christopher Nolan

Christopher Nolan has bagged his first Oscar for 'Oppenheimer' after eight nominations.

Best Actress: Emma Stone

Emma Stone has won the Oscar for Best Actress title for her performance in 'Poor Things'. She plays Bella Baxter in Yorgos Lanthimos' movie. She broke her dress and showed off the same on the stage. She said, "I think it happened during I'm Just Ken."

Best Picture: 'Oppenheimer'

Oppenheimer has won its seventh award of the night, Best Picture. The award was presented by Al Pacino.
