Know why Britney Spears is unhappy with the latest docu about her conservatorship

Singer Britney Spears spoke out days after a new documentary about her controversial conservatorship was released.

After an incredibly difficult legal battle, Britney Spears is now free from the court-induced conservatorship, which ran her life for over a decade, after her father Jamie Spears agreed to step down from the role. But the controversial conservatorship has been the subject of several documentaries.

Britney Spears recently spoke out, slamming a new documentary on her controversial conservatorship. In a now-deleted message posted on her Instagram account, the popstar called "a lot" of what was said untrue.

She said, she watched a little bit of the last documentary and hates to inform fans that she was confused after watching it. Britney also said, she is really trying to disassociate herself from the drama.

Although the singer didn't specify which documentary she was referring to, reports suggest she's referring to 'Controlling Britney Spears', which came out on September 24. The documentary by The New York Times is a follow-up to the Emmy-nominated documentary 'Framing Britney Spears'.

In her post, the popstar further elaborated on three things that upset her. One, that it was all in the past, second, she sarcastically said the dialogue couldn't get any classier, and finally, they used the most beautiful footage of Britney in the world.
