Joey King cheers on BFF Sabrina Carpenter from the pit at her Chicago concert – and her reason is epic!

Joey King had an epic weekend supporting her BFF Sabrina Carpenter at the Short n Sweet Tour!

The 25-year-old actor flew to Chicago to take her nieces to Sabrina’s concert on Sunday night (October 13) at the United Center.

Ditching the VIP section, Joey embraced the crowd in the standing-room-only pit. When asked why, she cheekily replied, ‘wanted to mosh babe.’

The post kicked off with a cute selfie of Sabrina and Joey posing together, followed by a clip of Joey singing along to "Please Please Please" from the crowd. The carousel also featured group shots and fun moments from the concert.

Joey gushed on social media, ‘I watched my wife perform in Chi-town and cried. She’s the shortest, sweetest pop star! Might let her make me Juno.’

She also shared a sweet Instagram Story with her four nieces, saying, ‘Ugh, I love being an aunt.’

Joey King and Sabrina Carpenter have been besties for over a decade, sharing a close bond. They've consistently expressed their admiration and support for each other, both on and off the stage!

Earlier, in an interview with People, Joey King raved about her favourite tracks from Sabrina Carpenter's Short N Sweet album, admitting she's obsessed with them.

She also mentioned Sabrina's song Please Please Please featuring her beau Barry Keoghan, calling it ‘addictive.’ Joey joked that it's hard to stop listening to it at 2 a.m. when she’s trying to sleep.

On the work front, King stars in Despicable Me 4 and recently appeared in Netflix's rom-com A Family Affair.

As for Carpenter, she opened for Taylor Swift on the global Eras Tour and released her latest album to rave reviews.
