Jennifer Lopez, Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts join Oprah at ‘Unite for America’ event

Jennifer Lopez has joined the long list of Hollywood A-listers coming out in support of Kamala Harris for her presidential campaign. This happened as Oprah Winfrey hosted a virtual rally for Harris on Thursday night in Michigan.

Jennifer Lopez and several other celebrities including Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Chris Rock joined the event virtually to express their support for Harris. Oprah interviewed the presidential hopeful at the livestreamed talk-show style event.

When Meryl Streep addressed Kamala Harris as ‘President’, the democratic candidate was quick to reply ‘47’ days. Jennifer Lopez enthusiastically waved at the audience. Besides, many other groups including ‘Swifties for Harris’ and ‘Cat Ladies for Kamala’ tuned in. Some of the audience members were given chance to speak directly to Kamala Harris along with the celebrities.
