Fans across the globe are worried about the fact that their favourite singer might be retired. These speculations were started by none other than the singer Rihanna herself. The singer sported a blue T-shirt with a bold message that read: ‘I’m Retired’. The pop icon paired her t-shirt with a navy blue skirt, red sneakers and a green bag. She was accompanied by her husband, A$AP Rocky as she stepped out of her SUV.

Speculations are rife whether the singer really is sending out a message to her fans. The global pop sensation has not released any album since 2016’s ‘Anti’. This comes amid the other rumours that Rihanna is taking a break from music. However it contradicts with the reports suggesting that the Grammy-winner has a new album in the works.

The singer has been focused on her Fenty Beauty empire and has also announced plans to launch her own hairline.

When Rihanna spoke about her new music

Earlier in an interview during the launch of her new Fenty Beauty Soft’lit Foundation in LA, the singer had talked about her upcoming new music. Teasing fans, the singer said that it’s going to be incredible. "It has to be—that's the only reason it's not out yet. If it doesn't feel right and doesn't represent the growth and time I've spent away, then it shouldn't be released. I want to experiment, have fun with it, and truly showcase where I am at this point in my career," she had said.

Rihanna’s first full concert in eight years

Riri performed her first full non-Super Bowl concert in nearly eight years in the month of March this year in India. The singer performed a 19-song gig at the first pre-wedding bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Gujarat’s Junagadh. According to report, she charged approximately between 8 to 9 million dollars.
