‘Inside Out’ actor Paul Walter apologises for claiming ‘Vin Diesel is unprofessional, mistreats people’

Paul Walter Hauser recently went viral for his ‘mean comments’ on Vin Diesel during the ‘Inside Out 2’ press junket. The actor seems to have realised his mistake and has apologised for his comments. He took to Instagram and penned a long note apologising to the actor.

In an interview with CinemaBlend at the ‘Inside Out 2’ press junket, when the interviewer told Paul Walter Hauser that ‘he’s like Vin Diesel now’, he responded with “Please don’t say that” before adding, “I am on time and approachable.” He did not stop there and continued to take a jab at ‘Fast and Furious’ actor. “I love people, but when I hear stories about Hollywood actors who get paid really well and mistreat people... I out them constantly, and it’s a blast.”

The Emmy-winning actor wrote in his post, “A few weeks back, I made a random comment about Vin Diesel. It started somewhat humorous, but unraveled into me dogging him out over behaviour I had heard about on multiple occasions from multiple sources.” He defended himself and said, “I had done a night shoot on a Friday, gotten 1 hour of sleep, and then flew to LA from ATL at 6 am to do a full day of press for ‘Inside Out 2’. I was exhausted and in my fatigued state, I shot my mouth off and made a careless, needlessly mean-spirited comment. That comment was recorded and then went viral.”

The actor admitted his mistake and apologised to Vin Diesel by tagging him in the post. He wrote, “Just here to say that I am sorry for having made that comment. I do indeed get riled up by some of the behavious I’ve witnessed, or heard about, and ‘outing’ people to any extent can feel momentarily satiating.” “Time for me to be quiet. I sometimes talk myself into idiocy,” he concluded his note.
