Jennifer Lopez recently ended her two-year-long marriage with Ben Affleck. Jenny on the Block star filed for divorce from Affleck on August 20 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. The couple has yet to release a statement, but Ben was recently spotted in LA sans his wedding band. While the internet attempts to dissect the possible reason behind the end of what once appeared straight out of a fairytale romance, JLo's ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez has shared a cryptic note on Instagram, seemingly taking a dig at her failed marriage.

Alex Rodriguez's cryptic note:

A quote attributed to the retired MLB player via The Con. sept's Instagram page reads, “You either go one way or the other, you might as well be the one deciding the direction.” Alex later shared the image on his Instagram story shortly after news of Jennifer's divorce filing broke.

Since then, JLo and Ben have been spotted without their wedding rings on many occasions. JLo filed for divorce on August 20, 2024, which also marked her and Ben's second wedding anniversary.
