'Deadpool & Wolverine': Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman arrive in Seoul; fanboy over BLACKPINK, Stray Kids

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman have landed in Korea to begin the promotional tour of their upcoming film, 'Deadpool & Wolverine'. Embracing K-culture with open arms, the duo, along with director Shawn Levy, was also seen wearing hanboks, South Korea's traditional outfit. In an interview, Ryan, well-versed in K-pop, revealed that he's a huge fan of BLACKPINK. He also affirmed his love for boy band Stray Kids.

At a recent press conference in Seoul, Ryan Reynolds was seen channelling his inner boy, and couldn't resist gushing over BLACKPINK and Stray Kids. 'I love BLACKPINK, and Stray Kids, I love Stray Kids." Well, this is not the first time Reynolds has expressed his love for Stray Kids. The actor has shown his love for the K-pop group on numerous occasions, had interactions with the members, and has also been interviewed by Bang Chan.

Some reports have also suggested that Ryan and Hugh have also shot some exclusive content with Stray Kids which will be released on the group's official social media handles.

About 'Deadpool & Wolverine'

The upcoming instalment starts six years after the events of Deadpool 2 (2018) as Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) leads a peaceful family life. However, his calm is soon disrupted by the Time Variance Authority (TVA) – a bureaucratic organisation that exists outside of time and space and monitors the timeline, asking him to join a new mission. To protect his homeland, Wilson gets ready for a new challenge.

'Deadpool & Wolverine' also stars Emma Corrin, Matthew MacFayden, Karan Soni, Aaron Stanford, and Jennifer Garner. Produced by Kevin Feige under Marvel Studios, Deadpool & Wolverine is slated to release in cinemas on July 26.
