Court documents: Brad Pitt choked, hit his kids & Angelina Jolie on 2016 flight; his rep reacts

Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been engaged in a messy court battle for a long time. Now, as per a report in CNN, Angelina, in her countersuit for Brad in the French winery case, has alleged that he hit her kids and her during their infamous 2016 flight.

The court document alleges that Brad’s aggressive behavior started even before the family got to the airport, with him having a confrontation with one of the children. The ‘Bullet Train’ actor was approached by Jolie after the flight took off after which he accused her of being too deferential to the children and verbally attacked her.

Pitt reportedly ‘pulled’ Angelina into the toilet, grabbed her by the head, and shook her. He then grabbed her shoulders and shook her again before pushing her into the bathroom wall.

However, Brad Pitt’s representative has called the new allegations ‘completely untrue’, and said that Angelina’s story continues to evolve each time she tells it with new, unsubstantiated claims.

FBI got involved when the infamous 2016 flight took place, but Angelina refused to press charges back then. Brad Pitt was granted 50-50 custody of the children after a closed-door trial in which the allegations were aired.

However, an appeals court later disqualified the private judge for not disclosing possible conflicts of interest after a motion from Angelina, reversing the decision.

The actors continue to co-parent their kids.

Brad and Angelina married in 2014, and the latter filed for divorce in 2016. Their divorce case has not been finalised yet with custody and financial issues still in dispute.
