Billie Eilish slams internet for being obsessed with Johnny Depp V/s Amber Heard over abortion rights

Singer Billie Eilish has slammed the internet for being more obsessed with the Johnny Depp Vs Amber Heard defamation case than US Supreme Court's abortion rights.

According to the Variety, the lyrics of the 20-year-old singer's new song which goes "The internet`s gone wild watching movie stars on trial", hinted toward the internet's recent obsession with the case.

The song premiered at the Manchester concert. Eilish said in an interview with the New Musical Express that she was in this state of depression over losing her rights and then she would go on the internet only to see people giving their take on this trial.

The pop singer's interview was published on June 24, the same day the Supreme Court overturned Roe Vs Wade which results in an immediate ban on abortions in the country.
