Armaan Malik collaborates with Ed Sheeran for latest version of '2step'

The latest version of Ed Sheeran's '2step,' which marks singer Armaan Malik's first collaboration with the international star, has finally released. Malik shared the news with his fans on Twitter and asked them to give it all the love. He also wrote that his heart is overwhelmed.

The song's original version was part of Ed Sheeran's 2021 album 'Equal.' The new version, which features Armaan, sums up the ups and downs of an artist's journey.

In an interview with Rollingstone India, Armaan spoke about his collaboration with Ed Sheeran and said he was 'beyond excited' to feature in his song '2step.' He mentioned that he's always been a fan of Sheeran's music and this was a huge moment for him and other Indian artistes as well.

Armaan further added that the song '2steps' talks about 'confidence, finding power in your art, and leaning on your loved one.'

'Nothing can keep us from moving forward. Two steps at a time!,' he told Rollingstone India.

The song has been written by Sheeran, Louis Bell, David Hodges and Andrew Wotman.

This is Armaan Malik's second international collaboration after 'Echo,' in which he worked with K-pop star Eric Nam and American producer KSHMR.

Armaan Malik is best known for songs such as 'Wajah Tum Ho' from 'Hate Story 3' and 'Bol Do Na Zara' from 'Azhar.'
