007, over & out! James Bond actor Daniel Craig gets a star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Bond is over and out for actor Daniel Craig, but this British spy is going out with a bang!

James Bond star Daniel Craig is the latest celebrity to join an illustrious league of actors to get his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, in California.

Craig's star, the 2,704th on the Walk of Fame, is next to the other iconic James Bond actor, Roger Moore. It was unveiled outside 7007 Hollywood Boulevard, in honor of the fictional British spy's code number.

Very touched by the honour, Daniel Craig said, "I never thought I'd hear myself say this but you know, it's an absolute honor to be walked all over in Hollywood. If happiness was measured by the company we keep then me being on this pavement surrounded by all of these legends makes me a very, very, very, happy man."

Craig's co-star and on-screen nemesis in the latest film, Rami Malek also shared a story about meeting him for the first time on set in full make-up and full villain mode.

"Having sought me out, he grabs me by the shoulders and he says, 'It's going to be OK.' And it seems like a funny thing to say to a guy who happens to be playing a super villain and your nemesis but that's just the kind of guy Daniel is," Malek joked.

'No Time to Die' marks Daniel Craig’s fifth and final outing as the suave British secret agent, ending a role that he played for 15 years.
