'Yashoda': Samantha Ruth Prabhu, ready for film's promotions after sharing Myositis diagnosis

Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is gearing up for the release of her forthcoming film 'Yashoda', had recently opened up about suffering from myositis. Now, the actor took to Instagram and shared a series of pictures. Sharing the picture, the actor wrote, 'Like my good friend @raj.nidimoru says, no matter what the day is like and how shitty things are, his motto is to Shower, Shave Show up !! I borrowed it for a day For #yashodathemovie promotions ..see you on the 11th.'

In the new set of photos, Samantha poses in black, while wearing glasses, for the promotions of her upcoming film.

Samantha's 'Yashoda' co-star Unni Mukandan has also talked about her suffering from the disease. In an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times, she said, 'I didn't know it while shooting. Samantha was very professional. She never revealed that she was fighting such a disease. I felt sad after seeing Samantha's post. She'll fight with myositis and come back in good health.'

Directed by Hareesh Narayan and Hari Shankar, 'Yashoda' is all set to release in theatres on November 11.
