WATCH! Shilpa Shetty takes out time for workout during 'Sukhee' shoot

Shilpa Shetty Kundra is making the most of her time in Punjab these days. The actor had announced her next project, 'Sukhee,' last month and travelled to Patiala to begin filming for the same. Giving her fans a glimpse of some behind-the-scenes action from sets, Shilpa shared a video of her working out in the midst of her hectic shooting schedule.

Dressed in a kurti, Shilpa can be seen performing various exercises in the video. She also included an interesting message in which she talked about some of the exercises and their benefits. Shilpa concluded her caption on a fun and inspiring tone, 'Swasth raho, mast raho!'

'Sukhee' is being directed by Sonal Joshi and co-produced by Bhushan Kumar. Shilpa is also the host of the new fitness show 'Shape of You,' in which she interviews celebrities about their fitness and health.
