Vikram Bhatt’s daughter Krishna Bhatt gets engaged to Vedant Sarda, filmmaker dedicates a song

Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt is an elated father as his daughter Krishna Bhatt recently got engaged to Vedant Sarda. He took to Instagram on Monday and shared several pictures from the celebration along with a heartfelt note.

Vikram and Krishna are seen hugging each other and looking at Vedant, who is standing near them, in the first picture. In the next few pictures, the engaged-to-get-married duo is seen striking different poses for the camera. Krishna looked ravishing in yellow-and-white ethnic wear, while Vedant opted for a white outfit.

Sharing the pictures, Vikram wrote, ‘Engaged to get married!! And then I gave her away - in the words from the Fiddler on the Roof. Is this the little girl I carried? Is this the little boy at play? I don't remember growing older. When did they? When did she get to be a beauty? When did he grow to be so tall? Wasn't it yesterday when they were small?’

Krishna was quick to react to the post with a series of red heart emojis. Actors Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta, and Rahul Dev were among many others who extended their best wishes to the couple.

Krishna is the daughter of Vikram and his ex-wife, Aditi Bhatt. The duo divorced in 1998. He is now reportedly married to Shwetambari Soni. Vikram's last directorial was ‘Judaa Hoke Bhi’, which was released in July this year.
