Twinkle Khanna feels like a ‘giddy teenager’ as Akshay Kumar picks her up from University

Former actor and author Twinkle Khanna is doing her Masters in Fiction Writing at the prestigious Goldsmiths, University of London. Her husband, actor Akshay Kumar recently visited her to investigate what she is up to at the academy and Twinkle felt like a ‘giddy teenager’.

Taking to Instagram, Twinkle shared a video featuring moments from Akshay’s visit. It started with her strolling the corridors of her university while Akshay seemingly recorded her on camera.

She added a selfie with him and a candid pic of Akshay as well.

Twinkle shared the video of what her day looks like in the university, and wrote, ‘What's it like to be an older student going back to university to do my Masters? I feel like my mind has been thrown into a washing machine every day and it's a delight to walk around with squeaky clean ideas. There are evenings when I am working on my assignments and the kids are working on theirs-on our dining table with papers strewn across and shared pencils. And I turn into a giddy teenager when my husband come to pick me up from uni.’

Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar tied the knot in 2001. They have two kids—Nitara and Aarav. Twinkle starred in several films like ‘Mela’, ‘Baadshah’, and ‘Joru Ka Ghulam’ to name a few.

She quit acting and turned an author. Some of her best-selling books are ‘Mrs Funnybones’, ‘Pyjamas are Forgiving’ and ‘The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad’. Twinkle Khanna has also launched her own website, Tweak India where she addresses several issues.
